Roberts & Owen is a long established, independent, family owned and ran funeral directors, based at Pen-y-groes in the Nantlle Valley. There is also a branch located at Caernarfon to serve the extended area the company now serves.

The company has now grown to cover a vast area of Gwynedd – the Nantlle Valley, Caernarfon, Llanrug, Y Felinheli and beyond, Eifionydd and The Llyn Peninsula. This is largely due to personal recommendations and the high standard of service offered.

At your time of need you will be personally dealt with by a member of staff, qualified to attend to all your needs and requirements.

Roberts & Owen offers a 24 hour, 7 days a week call out service, and offer a comprehensive repatriation service to and from all areas of the United Kingdom. Over the years we have repatriated loved ones to and from all corners of the world.

Roberts & Owen is a member of the leading industry associations – The National Association of Funeral Directors, The National Society of Allied and Independent Funeral Directors and The Association of Green Funeral Directors and subscribe to the Funeral Arbitration Scheme – an independent conciliation service, in the unlikely event that a customer is not satisfied with the funeral of their loved one.
